Do I need attic restoration after bat removal?
It depends on how long the colony was present and how large it was. A one-season colony may need only guano cleanup. A multi-year colony in a large attic typically requires full insulation replacement and surface treatment to address health risks and persistent odor.
Can I just clean the guano myself and re-insulate?
Disturbing guano without proper PPE and HEPA equipment creates a serious Histoplasma inhalation risk. Professional cleanup should always precede any attic restoration work.
How long does attic restoration take?
Scope depends on the size of the attic and the extent of contamination. We give you a straight answer during our initial assessment. Most jobs complete in one to two days.
Does the restoration work come with a warranty?
